Accudata Technologies, Inc. Privacy Policy
Accudata Technologies, Inc., ("Accudata") provides various communications services such as line information database storage and validation, calling name database storage and service, bankcard authorization, billing name and address service, working telephone number service, and others. Most, or all, of these services utilize an individual's information, such as name, address, phone number, and the like, which may be received from trusted Third Party sources and are often stored with Accudata.
Accudata understands the importance of and takes seriously the protection of such individual information that is utilized by Accudata. Such individual information is:
- stored on servers located at our primary facility, at our redundant site, and/or directly with our Third Party sources;
- protected by Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Requirements which apply to all members, merchants, and service providers that store, process or transmit cardholder data. Additionally, these security requirements apply to all "system components" which is defined as any network component, server, or application included in, or connected to, the cardholder data environment. Network components, include, but are not limited to, firewalls, switches, routers, wireless access points, network appliances, and other security appliances. Servers include, but are not limited to, web, database, authentication, DNS, mail, proxy, and NTP. Applications include all purchased and custom applications, including internal and external (web) applications; and
- not sold to any entity in bulk. Accudata can provide such information based on a "query-response" scenario wherein an Accudata end-user customer is already in possession of at least one portion of such individual information and is requesting at least another one of such individual information.
Accudata reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
