MESSAGE FROM THE CEO

Welcome to the first edition of Accudata Technologies' newsletter: Good Call. We hope to provide our customers, partners, prospects and friends with interesting updates on the company, our customers, our employees and the industry several times per year.

The current state of affairs within the Accudata organization is very positive, and we are quite excited for what the foreseeable future holds. While we remain small in number, we continue to offer big features, solid accuracy, steadfast reliability and unmatched responsiveness. The quality of data we can provide to our customers is unsurpassed across the board.

The first edition of Good Call is a perfect place to announce our official customer referral program. Many, many of you have offered us referrals in the past, and we are truly grateful for these displays of confidence in our service offerings. These referrals are very important to us, so, to show our appreciation, beginning June 1, 2004, we will offer credits to referring clients for each referral resulting in a new customer for us. We will also waive a portion of the setup fee for each referred new customer. Ask your Accudata representative for the details.

With this newsletter, we are hoping to provide you with additional insight into the Accudata organization, our services, our people and our areas of expertise. You will learn more about our featured customers, become privy to our observations about the market in general and, hopefully, gather some helpful ideas for overcoming some of the obstacles facing your business.
