Note: We have new extension
numbers. In July we installed a new, state-of-the-art telephone system. We hope
that you find communications with us more convenient as a result.
The state of the company
continues to be strong. We finished the first half of fiscal year 2004 with a
small, but comfortable profit. The revenue growth track year-over-year remains
on course.
Some of our new products
related to finding the carrier type or even the exact carrier associated with
a telephone number have received a lot of attention. We have already been profiled
in RCR
Wireless News, July 26, again in RCR Wireless News, August 2, and in Service
Provider Weekly, and have held several other interviews with the press about
our new service. Check out the news on the website: www.accudatatech.com. The
publicity from such noted journals is welcome.
In this issue of Good Call
you will find an Employee Profile on Sherry Nuckolls, Director of Customer Support.
Sherry may be the most well known employee here, since she does triple duty as
Customer Support Director, Billing Department and Administrative Assistant.
This month, we continue
to provide profiles of several interesting customers, offering you some market
observations and, hopefully, providing some valuable ideas in our “Problems
and Solutions” column. We are always interested in your input for this area.
I would like to remind everyone
of our customer referral program. We provide a $100.00 credit to any customer
who refers a new client to us, and, additionally, take $50.00 off the setup fee
