I am happy to inform you that the company's performance continues to be solid. We mentioned in the last issue that we were going to receive several company awards here in Texas. At the time, we did not know final rankings, but we've got them now, and we're excited to share the results with you. Ultimately, we know that you, our customers, played a major role in helping us win these awards, and we're extremely grateful to you for that. We received the following awards in the last few months:

• Top 10 ranking in the DFW "Fast 50" companies in the one-year category
• Top 25 ranking in the DFW "Fast 50" companies in the five-year category
• Texas Crescent Deloitte "Fast 50" for all of Texas
• Finalist in "The Celebration Enterprise" Awards
• Southern Methodist University/Cox School of Business "Dallas 100"

In this issue of Good Call you will find an employee profile on Accudata Director of Network Support, Taylor Cleghorn. Taylor runs all of our networks, both internal and external, as well as having the responsibility for all of the computer/server hardware.

Also in this month's issue, we are continuing on the path of providing profiles of interesting customers (this month features DTech Billing), offering you some market observations, and, hopefully, providing some valuable ideas in our "Problems and Solutions" column. We are always interested in your input for this area.
